We are delighted to announce that enact were named the winner of the 2019 LFS Conveyancing Customer Service Award in a ceremony which took place at the Vox Conference Centre on 18th September.
The LFS Conveyancing Conference and Gala Dinner are a landmark event on the conveyancing calendar, with the Awards generally being regarded as the most respected and prestigious in the industry. The awards are judged by an independent panel of judges who use a range of measures to pick their winners. In terms of the Customer Service Award, we are so proud that the result is, in part, based on a real interaction with our firm, in a “mystery shop” exercise.
Charlotte Local, Director of Conveyancing Operations and Neil Holliday, Head of Conveyancing Operations, attended the conference and awards, and were extremely proud to collect the award, on behalf of the enact team who deliver excellent service to their customers on a daily basis. Charlotte Local said, “We place a huge focus on making sure we keep our customers happy in what can be a stressful time, and I am delighted that this hard work has been recognised with this award”.
