The Land Registry have recently confirmed that over 1,000 remortgage deeds have now been signed digitally.
Enact were the first to have a remortgage registered using a digitally signed mortgage deed and have been the acting conveyancer in over half of the remortgages where a digital mortgage deed has been utilised.
