Remortgages (particularly when it involves help to buy as ours did) are known to be very stressful, but we were grateful for the opposite experience with Enact Conveyancing. As Enact were the selected conveyancer of our lender, we were concerned that it would be a difficult process, however everything was straightforward. All communications were speedy and polite. It was very easy to share documents online and the chat process worked well too. We needed to complete between two specific dates to avoid charges, and Enact sorted it out perfectly. We had a great experience with our Conveyancer, Libby and other fab members of the team Saira and Nabz who were polite, supportive and efficient.

When remortgaging through Barclays I wasn't quite sure how using Enact's services would work out... but any doubts I may have had were soon put to rest. Everything was very straight forward.

Simply put, enact are brilliant. Having had a nightmare of a time with recent conveyancers over the past two years I could not believe now professional these people were. In fact I wrote into my diary a few weeks ago when the process started “it can not be this easy?”
I proved myself wrong.
Everything they did was on time. Easy to track via their website and the mortgage was in place in a matter of weeks. The stress this took away from myself and my wife was staggering.
