My five-year fixed rate was about to expire with my previous lender, so my broker introduced me to enact after securing a far better rate going forward with a new lender. The online tracker system that enact use makes the whole process so simple, and they keep you notified and updated throughout the entire process using this clear and easy-to-use method. I suspect I shall be needing another remortgage in the very near future, for which I shall most definitely be using enact once again, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone else whatsoever. Remortgages (particularly when it involves help to buy as ours did) are known to be very stressful, but we were grateful for the opposite experience with Enact Conveyancing. As Enact were the selected conveyancer of our lender, we were concerned that it would be a difficult process, however everything was straightforward. All communications were speedy and polite. It was very easy to share documents online and the chat process worked well too. We needed to complete between two specific dates to avoid charges, and Enact sorted it out perfectly. We had a great experience with our Conveyancer, Libby and other fab members of the team Saira and Nabz who were polite, supportive and efficient.
